There’s multiple reasons why your emails might not be reaching your customers. One of the biggest factors is your senders domain which is your email address settings within the email platform. To authenticate your email, you need to update your DNS settings. As part of the services I offer, I can authenticate and properly set-up your account on your preferred email platform.

I already have automated emails sent from my website (shopify etc), but they don’t appear to be working?

While it’s definitely better than having nothing, automated emails from platforms such as Shopify are very generic and you don’t have a lot of control over the design (unless you’re a developer). By using a third-party integration, we can completely customise your emails to represent your brand, leaving a lasting impression with your customers.
